The company was launched in the fall of 2024 by Rob Saak and Dustin Mars.

Rob moved to Granger ten years ago after living in rural Grundy County his whole life. He has been married to his wife, Mindy, for 28 years and they have three kids. Rob enjoys supporting his kids in all their activities, being outside every chance he gets, helping people, and working with his hands.

Dustin grew up in the Des Moines area and is married to his high school sweetheart, Ann. They have four kids and recently became grandparents. Dustin is a lifelong athlete, often coaching his kids in their sports; enjoys spending time outside, whether it is for workouts or house projects; and is always working on their family’s latest renovation project.

Together, they enjoy serving their community and are excited for the opportunity to work hard for those around them through their business, Precision Stump Removal.
